View Full Version : Thinking Particles and Mograph resources?
pitrie17 08-14-2007, 08:20 PM Hi all. Does anyone have any suggestions on resources on how to learn TP and mograph? I've seen a lot of powerful things that have been done using the two, and would like to learn. I've accomplished simple TP and mograph things but would like to dig deeper. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

For MoGraph, check my tutorial serias at creativeCOW. For Thinking Particles I recommend stopping by at XPresso24.com. Not tutorials, but quite a few sample projects to study and disect.

The TP Documentation (http://www.maxon.net/pages/download/stuff_e.html) download from Maxon is essential reading.
No need for the Presets Library if you are using R.10 as it is pre-installed in the Content Browser.

Thanks for those leads. Hopefully they help me understand why I'm doing this or that instead of just telling me. I find that kind of approach leads to a deeper understanding of things.
I've got some tutorials and sample files for download on my site.

Thanks Tim! Very helpful. It will probably take me some time to reverse engineer some of your projects but that is a good starting point. Your reel is really great too! What software do you use in your workflow? Obviously C4D but what other ones?
