Combine the wireframe and mesh pictures if its the same model...
I think you should post some progression pictures... like a sketch, then the model of it, then fully textured and lit... seems like employers like to see stuff like that...
The image quality is really hurting some of the pictures...
Photoshop section: Last thumbnail on the right doesn't have a link to a bigger pic...
What kind of job are you going to be looking for?

Yeah, some of the images are takin from video so their complete crap :P
I think I'm going to scrap most of the 3d work on the site and put my new stuff up. I'll keep the wire/complete idea in mind.
I'm looking for a texturing or modeling job- hopefully something that lets me do some of both.
What did you think of the layout?

yeah, the quality of the Game Work screen shots are hurting more than helping.

Needs to be speed up alot, and the music is annoying. 4.30 mins of the same back beat with a static image of a shaded model is outrageous. you have good work on the website, add that to the reel and cut the whole thing down to 3.00 mins.
