Keeping on my way of mythological reinterpretation, I did this picture for a book coming out next year. The main character, Onir, is human at the beginning of the story – or at least, he believed so. In the flow of the story, he understand that his life in the “real world” is only a training to reintegrate as a king his true Empire – the Empire of Dreams- from which he was unseat a long time ago. Becoming more and more conscious of his true nature, he found up he was first a fauna in his empire…
