CGTalk - Saving Progress

I'm relatively new to zbrush. Last night, I spent quite a while sculpting the feet of my dinosaur. I saved my work and chose the, as a document option. When I went to re-open my work, everything I had done was gone.

What is going on? Do I need to save my work as a tool?

when you work on a 3d object then you have to save it as tool. thats why a splash warning message pops up and ask you what you want to do.
