Hi all
I've recently revisited the transformers model of mine, and at the same time been testing some motion tracking. It was a pain in the bu** to make that thing move, since the rig I made for him is really bad, so is my animating skills:p

Let me know what you think
Best regards
Stian

poor car, not bad considering, felt like the robot would get blown away by a small gust of wind, needs more weight, and try not to rush the movements. keep it up

It doesn't flow at all. It looks ok enviroment wise, but the animating looks quite bad.

Apart the "stop motion" animation, the models and the environment composite are quite good...Good job...

Yes, the compositing/tracking seems okay, but, as far as how to improve the whole effect:
The transformer moves too quickly, which makes him seem small. Also, he needs some knee joints, so he can crush a car more easily. Also, the car should have some secondary action when it's being hit, such as, bouncing on the tires/suspension as the weight shifted. I also would have liked a low angle shot to give the robot menace and size.

definately change the music. I mean, this isnt a rag on the music because I dont like the style, it just doesnt really fit because it just comes in out of nowhere and the middle of the song. Just my opinion. good model though.
