What CoDec are you using? How are you viewing your output? sorry, you have to be more specific about such things.

my output is the monitor of my pc. the thing i dont understand, is, why there is so much difference in the intencity of the black, and how to correct it.

Well, chances are it's not the monitor if it looks black in ae and then looks grey when you view it. Some programs like Media Player Classic (MPC) have graphic card enhancing features. If set to the wrong setting, colors are all off in the viewer itself.
Also mov, avi, wmv are file types, not codecs. The codec is when you go to change that no compression for avi, and you set it to like intel codec, or xvid, or divx, or what ever.

Apart from what trancor said, the way you encode your stuff matters. You could see Gamma shift and color range limiting on some CoDecs, e.g. Quicktime Sorenson 3, but you can turn off this behavior in the options of the CoDecs. Normally you wouldn't see this behavior on some formats like WMV unless you choose a compression profile that is specifically targeted at playback via TV settop boxes for instance. In that case setup will be added to achieve broadcast safe colors and the whites leveled down, turning your black into grey and white into not-so-white.
