Hy, I am modeling a cool very high reso monster in 3d max 4.2 using a combination of box and poly to poly modeling and i am meshsmoothing in Classic mode (gives more detail)

This is going to be a doom3 model when its done, i am going to create a low poly model of him when i finished the high model one and then going to create a local map for the low poly using the high poly model. so that all the details are placed on the low poly model. after that i am going to create bump, specular en diffuse maps to finish it off. hopfully i can finish it up before doom3 hits the shelves so that it wil be the first doom3 fanmade monster model

anyway, i am in a verry early stage of modeling. i am now almost finished with the claw and moving on slowly to the arms as you can see on the 3 pictures below

I hope to finish the leggs in a couple of days
and able to start working on the body and face. the facde will be very cool and very scary. I will try to draw the face 2 night and i will post it here
