That's really cool, Makos are my fav sharks! The image looks great I think, but it lacks a bit of contrast, perhaps you have some of the lights set a bit too intensive, perhaps an idea to make the light that comes from above a bit stronger than the other lights, since the only real light you'll find at sea is sunlight. Great subtle caustics by the way!

the shark reminds me more of a great white, looks "fat" on the lower portion of the shark, i thought makos were a little skinnier or rather leaner.

I arranged a little bit in order to look scarly. Mako sharks' dorsal fin is short but I made it longer and the eyes smaller to look shark bigger.

I really dig this but it's an odd shot because it kind of looks like he's chomping on a fish, but not really. The fish behind him looks like he's almost in his mouth on the right then bustin' out the sharks gills on the left with a bit of blood....I say move that fish down a bit or something to break that illusion...or is just me and the coffee talkin'?...lol

*edit* C O F F E E......Hmmm...looked at it again and that fish is coming out of his gills because he's in front of the sharks left fin....aarghhh. In that case stick that fishs' tail end more in the sharks mouth with a touch of blood. Does stuff really come out of this sharks gills whole like that? I have to go to sea world again I think.....lol

Lol, I doubt it's coming from it's gills, sharks can chomp quite aggressively, I think it just floated off while he got his teeth stuck in the tail end of the fish... I think it's a bit to the left of his mouth, but not so far back that it's right in front of his fin... just a bit of optical illusion I think.

Yes I think so, too. And I heared other people 'bout this image. Then they said same things. So I'm gonna improve this image and I may show you modified image. But the mask data which I used in this pics are not here, I gotta go back school and get it so it'll be take some time I think... would you wait till then?;)
