Hey everyone. My name is Chris Schlosser a 3D Modeler looking for either freelance or full/part time work. I have a 3D Animation and Game Design Diploma.

With this modeling reel I tried to be creative with my presentation of my models and give it some style. I especially enjoy modeling organic objects but I also like modeling environments, products etc

Enjoy and thanks for watching.

A lot of really nice work in there. I especially like the dog clock and the moth, however, I would definetly leave the human head out of the reel, especially since its a WIP. It won't help promote your skills until its finished and looks good, and right now it takes away from the rest of the reel.

chris, I really like the presentation of your reel it is unique and flows nicely. I like your play on words with the watch dog. some things that could be better are the first thing in your reel that looked a little off was when the butterfly was on the leaf and you used depth of field. It felt like the background was a little too blurry and just a plain with a picture on it. The moth is well presented enough that you dont need to put him on the leaf and just leave it the way it was. Going from bubble to bubble was nice and the music had a good calming affect. The farris wheel was nice and i liked how you showed the individual peices but i don't think you need the animation of it making another ride, the peices are fairly simple and it didn't help show off your Modelling skills. As was said before i would drop the head and put a better piece in to finish off your reel. It might help shorten your reel a little which wouldn't be a bad thing and it would send people off on a good note. Hit em hard at the beginning and finish equally well, Maybe put the bird in as the last one.

Thanks for the feed back I apreciate it. Anymore would be helpful to. :)

DrTrent --> I agree with the head. Its not my strongest model. It was my first attempt at a human head and I wanted to show that I could model a head if asked to. I kinda took a chance with it but I guess I shouldn't have put it in untill it was finished.

Booyah ---> Thanks for your crits. I might take out the k'nex animation. I was debating wether to put it in or not but I thought it was neat. I could save 20 seconds or so if I take it out which would shorten it.

mayazeus ---> got any suggestions? I had trouble shrinking it down and still keeping decent quality. Theres a lot of camera movement and that stuff doesn't compress well not to mention the reel is 4:45sec. How big should it be?
