well theres some problems with spiderman body proportions... but it rulez anyway... ;)

Nice one, seeing as how I like the old Marvel toonies... You've caught the main essence of it pretty well.. Action! You can really see the power behind the kick and the feeling of the bad guy getting his ass whooped badly. His upperbody, arms, and head should be larger and more muscled though. Remember this, a superhero is always drawn larger than a normal strong guy ^^
Hehe your perspective is so messed up :p on the left building (cracked up one) its sloping to the right up top, and down to left near the bottom.

I know. I the background long after I had finished the characters and it screwed up my perspective greatly. Next time I'll start off mapping out the perspective, then plotting out the objects in the scene based on that perspective. The last thing I would do is the foreground characters.

The two last ones are nice, but it's DEFINATELY not the Marvel style of coloring -.-
