My very first painted image. Displays a lonely depressed robot following in the steps of mankind through a devastated waste land.

the piece took five days and a hurting hand to get completed.

What started out as watching a tutorial about painting fruits, ended in robots and mechanics, hehe.

Hope you like my first painting.

I like the eyes of the robot to express "depressing", Would you mind tell me y you choose
yellow tune color as the overall mood? Because "depressing" would be a bit cold, dark..etc.

I like the yellow/orange mood. Depression doesn't mean everything is sad or dark: often you can see happiness around you and simply feel excluded, unable to enjoy it yourself.

Purehay: What cDlm said :thumbsup: Actually I wanted the robot it self express depression and the surroundings to express the hopelesness of someone trapped in the desert.

The robot is an outcast of the mainstreem robots and tries to follow in the fodsteps of mankind, but in doing so is doomed from the start.

TroutMaskReplica: I actually considering printing it on canvas. Could decorade my messy living room alot :shrug:
