Hey everyone,

I just finished my rigging reel and I was looking for some critiques. I'm moving down to LA soon to try to break into a job, so be ruthless. I want this to be good. I haven't posted a higher res version, but you can check it here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFPFjKvSEC8) for right now. I wish everyone well on their exploits!

Hi Dude,

Nice reel. Your character rigging looks pretty good.
Model wise Id suggest rig something closer to nature

Even the biggest non rigging person can tell if a cat is deforming well or not for example
that kind of things probably showcase your skills better.

Keep it up. Try not to animate unless you can make it look really good.
Its ok to set a few keys but as soon as you make it look like animation it`ll be
about the movement instead of your deformations.

Keep it up :]

The first thing I noticed when i started watching was "Damn Sam Jackson looks really red and really shiny." This completely distracted me from what was going on with your ui and what you where doing on the screen and that's bad. Find a nice lambert and a color that doesn't distract the viewer. Second, i think you hold the pistons too long maybe cut that down one or two seconds. Good luck on the job hunt.
