Multiply charecters

Can any body let me know how to create multiples of one charecter like in war scene in the back ground.Or is there any relevant softwires.

You need a particle system or other tools that allow you to instance a layer and control the motion paths dynamically. I recommend you download the demo of Trapcode Particular (http://www.trapcode.com) and then go to the Belief website (http://www.belief.com) to study their tutorial on mass replication using the plugin.
