View Full Version : Problem with Maya and Bodypaint...

...i'm having an issue getting maya to export to bodypaint. For some reason, it can't seem to make the connection. I just got bodypaint and I dont know much about it, so I'm wondering if I need to make some kind of adjustment to it to get the two programs "talking". The plugins that came with BP seem to be working fine, but I still cant get my models to export to BP. Anyone have any hints or suggestions?

I never bother with the plugins. Just export an obj file and take that into Bodypaint.

Yeah, thats ultimately what I ended up doing. Still, would be nice to use the two programs seemlessly like your supposed to be able to. At any rate, thanks for the response.
