Well the teacher told me to make a bike, but he didnt say what KIND of a bike ;)
I plan on adding a motor on top of the freezer inside that box there, still dont know how im going to do the footrests or handlebars. What do you all think? Go easy on me tho I'm still in my second month of 3d work in general :)

ok heres what i think could make this cooler...

Bevel the edges of the handle bars, and add some little streamers...for kicks and giggles.

detail the tires..those things look bare and ready to pop :)

add some spokes..spokes are fun
, and some pedals...every bike needs some nice pedals...

and a bear with a top hat riding it.

and there ya go! :)

good stuff forbeing a newbie and all, lets see some more details..details will sell this model :)

funny idea :) I like it. Ice cream man, a comin' along.. ding ding dingaling ding

Not really sure why you placed the headers and pipes there... I think they are too high up in the air. Maybe you should put them closer to the ground?

cheers

any ideas on how i can support the exhaust pipes? because the way they are right now they would be scraping the ground :P

Well, I don't see how they could scrape on the ground since the back wheel supports the back end of the structure :)

Would be nice to see some spokes in the wheels.

Also, you should try using the Knife tool a little more on the exhaust pipes so that the bends are smoother.

Btw, you should activate smoothing on your surfaces to get rid of that faceted look ;)

Now add a seat for the poor guy to ride on - that thing looks painful! :surprised

Due to lack of interest on my part, and LACK OF FEEDBACK on your part :P I've decided to put this model on a hold for a while, come back when I know the tools better and make it more 'realistic'.

Heres the final pic.. (for now): http://dev.swforums.com/Images/Nitz/doneforawhile.jpg

Thx :)

Hey I can't complain too much as I am still trying to get to grips with modelling, but I must say it is not functional. It looks good. But if you look carefully you'll find there is no way you can turn the handlebars to go aroud the corner.

Just being really picky here.
