Hello Everyone,
I am currently trying to rig my troll character from the following post:

Someone a while back sent me a shoulder set up from http://www.lwhub.com/theory.html
and I really like how the shoulder works. Except when I try to do the same setup I can not get the ik on the bicep muscle to work. Everything else works fine. I even setup just the bone structure for the shoulders in a separate file and got it to work.
Has anyone here used this setup and had a problem with the bicep not working? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to make it work?
