I know I have been posting a lot of MOCAP news but I'm digging mocap as much as traditional animation. As the prices come down on these I think we will see more people make more movies.

More movies done by smaller groups of people like live action films. I think this is a great advancement.

I think that this blue character in their demos has odd movements

I think that this system costs $25k and is too expensive. And yes, I know that MoCap in general is quite costly, but I recall seeing much cheaper systems out there.

Outside of sports games I really have no desire to see mo-cap. :shrug:
