CGTalk - head problem

Hi, I have a problem with my rig cause when I rotateY torso on my character I rotateY a head, also. I tried with some expression, but I'm not so good with mel and expressions, and also I have constrains on the neck so it also can make a problem. Does anyone have idea how to fix that?
