This thread does not exist.

I am a modeller on the space-mod project from ModDB for the game Supreme Commander. I design ships, turrets, whatever. I'm lacking in the texturing skills, but I'm doing well and improving on the industrial design/box modeling used to make many UEF turrets and ships.

Since I am (a.) not perfect and (b.) I want to put out quality stuff, I'll post W.I.P. models here for critique. You'll almost never see texture. These will be exclusicely clay renders with scanline and a skylight with light tracer...2 bounces.

I'll post some turret work I've done so far.

And here is a destroyer for the UEF that is a work in progress. Mind you this is moderately based off of concept art, but major aesthetical changes and design changes are accepted in critiques.

I made a modification to the ship, creating a slide that reveals an opening. Out of the opening slides several platforms on racks bearing fighter craft.
