I literally just got Maya Unlimited (Education Copy) this past Thursday. I was curious how long the registration process takes. I have installed it and requested my License but have not received any information or files from A|W. Not even a Auto-response e-mail message. I filled out the Online form to get my Authorization file... but I have not heard back from A|W. I am concerned because my Maya class starts on Monday. How long did this part take for other Maya users? Most companies I have contacted in the past take less the 24 hours to contact me.

If you cant contact A|W by phone or email, I would suggest trying the Maya list server. You can subscribe/unsubscribe and check the archive at this link http://www.highend3d.com/maya/archive/ Ive seen many A|W representatives use it. Im sure your message wont go unanswered. You can also try to send an email to cford (http://www.cgtalk.com/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=3044) .
