my contribution for the occult MRfM fan club

How to integrate a mib_texture_filter_lookup node (elliptical filtering) with MRfM (1.5.1). - http://alienbit.com/mrfmtut1.htm

the one on mental-ray's phenomenon is work in progress as it is a rather cumbersome workflow and i'm still trying to figure out how to improve it

I'll check out the second one now! (I don't even know what elliptical filtering is for)
