Sam the Snowman is always busy during the winter months and never can take a vacation during what he thinks is the best months to "chill" (Nov-Feb). He always wanted to go to the Bahamas but could never get the time off so on a impulse, he heads down south hell-bent to take it easy and enjoy himself to the fullest, like its 1999, as if it was his last day.
