View Full Version : Autosave in zbrush 3 !?

hello...im new to the world of zbrush.i started sculpting my model in zbrush and after 3 hours of work it crashed...and i didnt save my work..i lost it all..is there some autosave feature in zbrush? im using zbrush 3....please help as its very annoying as i crashed often...

Well, there are quite a few plugins that you can use to help with Z3. Do check out this link for a quicksave feature. Lots of great workflow scripts can be found here.

thanks mate...that will be helpful for the future..but wat i was asking was is there any autosave feature in zbrush cuz i already lost my work,so was hoping to maybe recover it if there was such an option..i think there aint any autosave feature but there shud have been.

There's none that I know of.

That's something that I've had happen to me before as well. That's why I make it a habit to save various versions while I'm working. I've had files that have gotten corrupted because they were too big or ZB crashed or something. Just consider this a learning experience ( yeah, I know that doesn't help much, sorry ).
