Hello,
For some reason I can't open animation presets. I set the view to explorer folders, and for example if I click on the text preset folder, it opens the sub-folders (like animate in, animate out, etc.), but then when I click on the arrow to open that sub-folder there is no preset inside. The arrow just rotates down indicating that the folder is open, but there is nothing there. I know it had worked before, but for some reason it doesn't now. BTW, I have no problem when I open the plug-ins folder. All effects are there it is just for animation presets.
Thanks

EDIT:
I have checked the preset's folder and all presets are there with all files in sub-folders.

Have you enabled/ disabled a view option in the flyout menu ("Show only 16 bpc effects" or something like that)? It would show the folders as empty 'cos they get filtered out. If that's not the case, I'd check your generic Windows folder options and user permissions. They may not be set right and thus the files disappear.

That was it. I had "Show only 16 bpc effects" enabled.

Thanks!!
