Hello Everybody .
Im rendering a scene with particle clouds S/W with a point light with Raytraced shadows.
The light consists of a light fog node.

When rendering the the particles the bounding box of the object is vissible in the volume fog....

HOW do i get maya to ignore it so the volume fog only affects the particles...

The bounding box is from the particles or atleast thats what I think it is.

I read that this is actually a problem within MRay .
(U cant have to fluids/particles/fog intesecting each other. In this case cloud particles in a vulumetric lightning)

However, sunrays through clouds is such a common place to use/see volumetric shadows that it just has to be a way to fix it..

Anyone a link or some advice plz.
