Brad, thanks for letting us know about the classes. They were fantastic and the support materials are incredibly useful! I really appreciate the effort you guys put in.

Sponsored by Autodesk for 2007 Siggraph MasterClasses. CD-ROM includes:

118 page PowerPoint presentation

dude i just bought the masterclass cd...I have been waiting for awhile now. I kinda showed up late for the masterclasses here, so I have been keeping an eye out for the material. I'm familiar with MEL and from what I have seen in a couple of other videos it seems like it will be kinda easy to follow along. I have a question...what is it that you will show us how to automate? Just curious before the goods get here...

Favian,

The practical example is setting keys on poses on a character rig. The character rig is from Brad and Chad's class.

But more importantly, you'll have the knowledge to automate most anything that you feel like automating.

cool...thanks for the info  ..can't wait to check this out. Will you ever have another masterclass or any other books/tutorials for more advanced artist? Kinda like a continuation or like a series?

I don't know man. Those were a lot of work.

I've done MEL for Artists, and now Python for Artists. That's enough to get most people going.

I did talk w/ one of the best MoBu users around (Eric LaLumiere) and he said he's planning on doing some next year.

Maybe Brad and/or Chad will do another?

Cool. Just ordered this one. Too bad there're no master classes in Europe. Not going to do any?

Appreciate your work guys!
