I normally won't say any too bad words, but i'm not sure now.
I't took 3 hours to load your demo, because your server is so slow. What are you trying to show on that thing? It's definetly too long. You shoul show only the best things what you have done. Freehand camera shaking alot was nice starting. You allmost managed to track everything nicely, allmost. Characters was so small, that i just didn't saw them enough.
What the F***k are those other video footages? Like, do i need to use so much time for downloading to see, how you have made homevideo shots from you room and tv-news?!?
And there are no customer who is interested of your software collection, just your skills matters.
Again is time to say "less is more". And in your case thats the only way!

Sorry, but i was little bit disapointed after that waiting.
You should watch some other demos and think what is the major think you want to show to other guys. Especially when you but your demo to web, there should't be anything useless.
I know it's hard to kick out some nice things, but you just can't show it all.
To be fair, here's my showreel. Nothing perfect, but something anyway. So give me some critics back, even just for fun.

Is this reel for personal purposes ? or for job searching?
if its for personal use then theres nthn wrong with it you can do whatever you like.
But if this was intended for a job then i have a few suggestions,
firstly i have to agree with larson about the comments about the character being too small, and the reel being too long for such little content (i dont agree with the way he said it, but hey he apologised)
Honestly i dont think you have enough work to make a demo reel yet, and i would leave all the personal stuff out ex. the videos and stuffed animals.
Keep working and when you have more stuff to show your ability, make another demo im sure it will be greatly impoved, and remember a demo is suppose to "sell" yourself so show your best work and unless you are going for an editing job leave all the production parts out
and welcome to the board

Alright,
I was drawn to the post because I can always be of some help, however small it be. Your demo reel needs some work to say the least. I agree with previous posts about the characters being too small. Also, your demo reel should have more variety. Moreover, unless you are more into motion graphics then 3d animation, you shouldn't make a lot of cheesy text and color movements and changes. Sometimes the best thing is to KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). Try to avoid extraneous footage, i.e. random shots of the news or your computer screen. ok so what's my advice. 1. your 3d compositing of the action figures should be a little more stable with the bobbing of the camera. 2. closer shots of your models and the animation. 3. remove shots that don't show your work. 4. KISS.
:curious:  I think you have promise but you still need fine tuning and more work to go on the reel.
