I rendered by metalRay on Max . But have some problems with shadow

I want to make a edge to soft. Help me!

use MR Area Lights to get those soft shadows

thank men!But i think , i must edit something to soft shadow and i dont know what i have to do.

you can run the script from the utility menu to convert your existing lights to MR area lights or create new ones.

then change the size of the area under the area lights menu the bigger the area the softer the shadows.hope it helps.
