kool nice start, but i think you should have him flip backwards durnig the transformation. just continue with the back motion you have. it will give it a more dramatic effect.

Hey, cool start, might be nice to see the action closer up and not from this top angle. A front angle and a side angle would help.
Also, I think you could make things slightly a bit snappier. But again, a closer camera would be nice to get a better view of things.

A bit too much camera shake in the newest version, you should only have that on the two stomps at the end. Otherwise it's pretty sweet!

Hey Alok,
Awesome stuff, man! I've been wanting to do something similar, maybe some day.
I agree with Barbosa that the camera shakes are too much. IMHO, camera shakes are only necessary when the shaking of the ground would be effecting the person holding the camera. In this case, it'd be closer to a crane, so I think the shake is altogether unnecessary, but that's just my opinion :)
The thing that sticks out to me is the twinning. When the hood separates, both of the arms are doing exactly the same thing. I like the abruptness of their separation, even the threatening "pincer-like" angle is cool, but I think they could be offset a bit from each other.
Another thing is how he's standing up. The weight balance seems a bit off. Once his arms are up, he's on his knees right? Maybe have him put one leg forward, then use the opposite arm to help push him up?
Also, be careful of the clipping. His arm goes straight thru the ground plain when it rolls downward from it's initial upward position.
Good work, tho, man! Keep 'em comin'!
