At last I ve finished the textures for my bf109 model !!!
I like the textures so far so I don't think that I will re paint them .
Maybe I will create an animation later
Soft: Maya + Mr for rendering

ahm... what did he do wrong? i mean it is a finished model, with finished texture set!

Which looks pretty cool, btw :)

I think that if you are looking to accurately represent a 109 you might want to tweak the modeling a little.

the fuse looks too long and narrow
outline of the rudder looks too flat on the top
and wings don't look quite right either.
The "E" version had flattened tips but those rounded corners you have there I've never seen before.
Does it have a stab?

I'm no 109 expert.. perhaps this is some variant I have never seen before.

Lots of refs out there for this aircraft... probably the single most popuar subject there is.

I think the issue was about the thread title, but instead of yelling at someone you could just link the rules;

Yes, the fusalage looks a little too long and narrow, but the most noticable problem are the wings. The leading edge and trailing edge should taper a bit towards the centre of the wing. See http://avia.russian.ee/air/germany/index.html for some reference pictures

The rounded corners on the wing tips are correct, at least in that the corners were rounded, yours might be too round. Also at the url above is a drawing of a BF-109G-6 with pointy wings.
