they should just delete all references to the Maya version on their site as they gave up long ago.

Hi,

There is also a DEMO of PWrapper plugin for 3dsMax9 x64 and x86. Try it.

PWrapper is a blobMesh node that takes one or more particle systems and builds an animated poly-surface that wrapps the particles. Some parameters helps to achieve the look desired. A lot of effects can be done with this plugin.
