Compressing Animated GIF

Hey guys, i'm having some issues creating an animated gif in AE and hoped someone could help.
I need to compress a 50x50px clip from 19KB to below 15KB and a 175x175px of the same clip from approx 150KB to less than 100KB.

Please help!!

Don't use AE. Import your clip/ GIF into Image Ready or Photoshop CS Extended, respectively and compress it from there. You have much better control over the palette which ultimately is the decisive factor for file size.
