i have a following layout

but i want this (edited in photoshop)

i tryed everything .. but it sont work =/ ..
the second is .. i want this window on the right side where also the attribute editor is and the channelbar ...

You'll probably have to use a columnLayout and/or rowLayout to separate things out. Something like:
Frame
..Column
....Grid
....Scroll
......Frame
Though actually I've had problems getting scroll and frame windows to figure out their size correctly once you embed them a few layers deep. Then things like aligning to the right or filling their parent control starts to get wonky.

well i try it .. but allways the cell where the scrolllayout is inside is verry small ;/ ... and i dont get it bigger,

Have you tried using a formLayout instead of the gridLayout? I've found formLayouts to be a lot more flexible, especially in terms of sizes (once I got my head around the bloody things!)
