Can some one tell me how to make a realistic eye shader with refelection and all???What is the best pipeline???

it's great,you left me with out words!!!
I have one qauestion more. What is the best way to implement that eye in character I mean on rendering level, do I have to put separate lights for eye?I hope you understand me:)

The way I've done it you don't need separate lights. But you need something to mask off the reflection or the whole skin part around the eye will be reflected. When I get time off I will do a tut on how I tweaked Tubbrits tutorial to fit my needs.
The textures where hand painted in Photoshop exept for the iris which was photographed and projected onto the iris part and then converted to a file texture and then further tweaked in Photoshop. Refraction index of the lens was put to somewhere around 1.500 I think (don't remember right now, I'll edit this post if I was way off:p)
I've done an eyelid and used it in a short, but I don't have anything to show right now.
If you're after a simple one-piece shader to just slap onto a sphere I did one over at Highend3d, check for "bloodshot eye" under shaders.
