I want to build a network render with 3-5 PC,
What kind of CPU will be better price/preformance rate?
(Celeron,P3,P4,AMD)

without a doubt AMD is the best option for price/performance.

AMD.
Not only for price.
it actually outperforms p4 on rendering tasks, because of its massive FPU and higher operations-per-cycle count.
