Hey. I'm working on trying to setup a UI so can control a toy car I made. I don't really know where I'm making my mistake. I looked over the maxscript help that max has and no help there. I'm posting a link to a couple of the images that better show my problem. Any help is appreciated.

The first image is my code before trying to open it in the utility panel. It evaluates just fine. The next is when I either open or close the utility i attempted to script. I get the same error message. Thanks again.

I think you should remove "treadsUtil" from your addRollout and removeRollout calls. Since there exists only one utility panel you should not specify it there. This is different from adding rollouts ro a rollout floater.
