her nose is huge lol
and her forhead's a little too high.
Work on the sketches/drawings before going into this stage of rendering ;D

I would have to use a grid if I wanted to get a perfect likeness, if im just drawing generic people then flipping my canvas helps me a lot
awesome skin rendering! - bottom of the eye seems too sharp, and shes heading off the page with that composition
good work :)

There's a lot that I like about the picture. Nice color palette and the shading down to the tip of her nose look great. Below that line a few things caught my eye that need a bit of attention:
1. The black inside her nostril -- much too dark a color. You'll just want to shade the crescent shape with the same color you used below her jaw line.
2. I like the shading on her lips but her lower lip has to be a darker, deeper red closer to the value of the upper lip.
3. Her right eye looks perfect -- both angle and shading. Her left eye isn't consistent with the angle of her face and the white is just too white.
4. Eventually, you'll need to give her upper and lower eyelids.
I assume the hair isn't finished so I won't critique it now. Just note that the back of her head IMO needs more volume than what you have blocked out here.
Hope that helps.
