Hi everyone,

my plan is to execute a script once when the mouse is clicked.
like ... please select object in 3D, ... click, ... script does something.

i didnt find anyting about scriptjobs and mouseclicks, ... has anybody an idea how to do that (mel/api) ... the best is if this works in maya 7.0.

You can look up scriptCtx in the maya mel documentation.

do a google search for zootriggered. Mr. Mckenzie has some wonderful scripts for handling this. Kieth Lango has a nice video on how to setup a rig with it too.
