Yeah this one certainly will be a tad tricky :surprised
You need to start off by dividing it up into sections.
I'd use cylindrical for the heads and arms, torso and legs, and planar (for both top and bottom) of the feet and hands. The noses would probably be a good idea to do seperately as well, probably also with cylindrical unwraps.
Because you have Deep Paint, you shouldn't have too much trouble hiding the seams, so that is one worry off your shoulders :)
The most work I think that you will have to do is edit your UV maps. Editing UVs is extremely time consuming, but makes things much easier to get right when it comes to painting the textures.

regarding texturing the face(s): it might help to deform the surface before applying uv's by putting a relax-modifier into the stack - and then snap it back into it's original state later while keeping the uv's. should work as long as an uvw unwrap modifier is being kept at the top of the stack.
also check this: http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51032&highlight=relax
good luck ;)

Updated the image :D
Still trying to uvmap- still having no luck.
I tried the cylindrical mapping for the head, but the map was VERY stretchy. I also tried relaxing the mesh.. but that didnt do too much good. I'll try morphing soon...
Heh- If anyone wants to try uvmapping him- be my guest. Drop me a message.

Gods man, that nose alone would need a UV map:scream:
Really, maybe seperating the nose in your UV program, just make sure you lasso it along the creases on the face, the rest of it looks like may lay out pretty well.
Oh wait, I jsut realised he has two heads, its not a perspective shot. Wow, you map must be like 3000 x 3000 to accomodate jsut the heads, then there is that lamp (thats seperate isn't it?).
He looks cool as hell though, this is definatley out of my league.
Good luck
Listen to Leigh, she has pony tails..
