anyone could give me some suggestion on the mobo? must use pci exp, and........... cheap.......

A pair of opteron 250 processors will give you a Cinebench of roughly 630, while a single Core 2 Quad 6700 will give you a CB of 1400 and a single Core 2 Duo 6700 a CB of 820.
The opteron is clearly no match for either.
