Here´s a bit of an update on a characther i´v posted priviusly. I´v changes his legs to be thinner and his body´s a bit straighter than he was earlier. He is now allmost fully rigged and has over 50 different morph targets.

C&c is ofcourse most wellcome.

i like the expression and the texture quite a bit, its kind of a nice contrast. this little mean guy with a softness to him. and the teeth add that little bit more meanness. looks cool cant say id change much.

I like it a lot.... great style, plus the rendering is superb!

I used 3DS MAX 5 for this one.
Rendered in max standard renderer with one driectional light for highlights and sharp shadows and a skylight
Textures are all procedural exept for the eyes and alphamaps.
Render time is about 6-8 minutes on a 900 athlon with 256 ram.
Poly modeling all the way with a little help from the glorius plug meshtools and rigged with michael b comets wonderful charrigger.
I dont know where i´d be without these plugs.

Because it´s such a simple character the expressions are very strong.
