Is this your first colorwork in PS? If so good start

But i do have a few advices for future ref .

First, for self-scanned images you might want to start off with some more solid line-work. Right now youre line-art seems very sketchy and its hard to get good clean colors that way.

Second, decide on a light source before you start coloring anything, that gives you a much easier time working out the shadow and hightlights.
I usually draw a cone shape representing the light source on a seperate layer( usually top) and start meshin out the colors from there.
At the moment your shading seems kinda random and its fairly hard to determine where the light is coming from.
