i used a real pic as reference and basicly just recreated it with photoshop. i dont know if this is accepted in the proffesional world but here is what i came up with

of course its accepted, looking at real life is best way to learn. Nice job, i like the creases in the shirt. Try to think about the colour of the shadows and how light affects surfaces, try to avoid dodge and burn, it rarely produces true values. Well done.
