CGTalk - Response plugin?

I dont have Cinema 4D, but im looking for a 3d app/script which you can link object properties to the frequency bands of a wav file. I did a search and came across a plugin for cinema 4d (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=47&t=312715&highlight=Sound+waves) called response, but on the website it does not seem to be supported anymore, is this standard in 4D or are there any other plugins available.

the mograph module has a similar function with the sound effector
