this is some superb! marker work. the skin tones are amazingly blended well. have you done any technical renders such as cars/industrial design stuff? If it's half as good as this rendered face, it will rock! :thumbsup:

Hmm, I think the rearside of the head is a bit too long, and it makes JLo (its her, right :p) look a bit funny

I think the hair outside of the red lines should be removed, it will make it look a lot better and more natural.
