really pushing myself by entering this so late, but been busy with a world of other things.
Anyways spent a few hours getting off the ground, this is what ive got so far:

will start on a few blendshapes this evening and will continue to post.
Only 10 days left but i wanna knock it out as quickly as possible (without sacraficing quality of course)

hey man thats pretty good. except IMHO when you rotate the head you do it at the base of his neck and it goes the opposite direction.. i think thats alittle counter intuitive. :D otherwise good job so far.:applause:

k. here's first pass; gonna take the last 2 days or whatever to tweak and refine where necc.
i know which areas need improvement, but don't let that stop you from crit-ing me, you may see something i missed.

Im sure this is in the rules somewhere, but to post the final version we do that in our own thread right? or is there gonna be a seperate thread to drop em in?

Hey thanks for checking out my wip. Even though yours is still a first pass, some comments from me here:

- Neck seems rubbery when you rotate it around.
- Blink/Brow controls affects mouth/nose areas as well
- "Fleshy" eyes will be nice.
- Mouth controls affect eyes/brow areas

So it's all blendshapes?

Thanks xenoid, yeah i was aware of these issues, but as always time constraints both on and off the field.. . . ill probably be able to knock out some fleshy eyes before contest end.
With the other facial parts moving - that was done on purpose but it was supposed to be a little more subtle(by a little, i of course mean a lot)

Not totally but yeah i did about 25 different blendshapes.
