View Full Version : Alternative to DigiCel Flipbook?
rblitz7 07-10-2007, 04:34 PM I recently downloaded the demo of DiciCel Flipbook( http://www.digicelinc.com/ ) for mac and its really good but the big watermark over your animations is annoying and I don't want to spend 100 dollars for this app. So are there any other free/cheaper similar programs for mac?

$100 dollars is too much?
How about $49 for a student licence? (http://www.digicelinc.com/special.htm)
Might want to check PAP (http://www.plasticanimationpaper.dk/)
Also $100 but the free version only has the restriction of not being able to scrub sound and a bit of the compositing-type functions...
At some point, you just have to honor the effort put into creating software. Even for students, these prices are definitely not prohibitive.

Yeah 50 dollars is no problem, thanks.

Hiya rblitz, a teacher of mine at Cogswell created this software. Its freeware and worked really well for pencil tests, etc.
I believe it lets you scrub audio and stuff now too.
