hello peoples. I'm new to mental ray and having trouble finding beginners info on shading nodes. What I have found seems to be geard towards programmers. Is there any info out that could help me start from the beginning. I've gone through the gnomon dvd's for maya texturing and rendering, they explained ALMOST everything in terms of maya shaders. Is there anything available that does the same for mental ray?

I've been to mymentalray, not much help, seems to be geared towards 3ds max.

Any help would be great.
