Hi
I have finished this scene for commercial animation and used 3dsmax for modeling (buildings) and VUE for landscape , material , lighting and also rendering
i used photoshop for cloud and some fogs
3 h for all

It has a nice feel to it, but it's hard to actually see anything with so much fog. It would be nice to be able to see some of the detail on the buildings and the mountains. Right now, everything's getting lost in the mist.

I disagree with this comment. It looks like the strong morning mist is intentional and I like the strong atmosphere it produces.
Maybe the highlight on the mosque dome could be stronger to really bring out the curved shape among all the flat roofs.
I really like the overall feel of the image. Great work.

nice horizen, but the details are gone, too foggy, lower it down, so we can see.
