not even a 2 meg quicktime and no one can give me anything? i already know the head bob is too much, and the hands need to be clenched a little more, i was going for a mininmalistic feel while keeping muscle and form, and maybe it is a little fast paced?

thanks....?

I think its real cool. Not tired, hagard. or angry....
looks like some strange distortion at the buttox but that is easily fixed. the rest is pretty awsome.:buttrock:

do you know any good tutorials about setting up bones and IK solvers ?

its really very simple. last semester i made a rig that was pretty complex, had ik for the foot roll and everything, but honestly, i think the simpler it is the better. this rig has only ik chains(not the plain solver) for the legs spine and arms. the feet neck and collar bones are all controlled with fk. so set up your skeleton(ill post mine if anyone is interested), apply the ik chains, and just start animating. now since this is a walk cycle its pretty easy, there are 3 key poses, and the inbetweening is pretty simple. but you can get much more expression out of a character i think if you use as much fk as possible. you could also check out the rigging forum. =P

This is lookin' nice. Try to give some flopping movement to the toe area. I little stiff there. The Swivel of the hips is really nice.

Great work. Keep goin'!

hey man this is not bad but need alot of work. the character weight is all off! to fast i think plus you need to put in some decent contact positions have a look at survival kit. i try to look at it al the time when getting ref for stuff like walk and runs i hope this helps

are you trying to make a realistic walk? he looks like he is doing a stylized stomp right now...kind of angry and vigorous...not sure what you are going for though...i like the way he is walking because it is interesting and different...but if you are just trying to make him do a stereotypical normal walk then you should definitely look at something like the survival kit like neolee40 suggested...and make him extend his legs a little more...you'd get cramps in your legs really fast if you walked like that dude...but again it just depends on what your goin for...keep up the updates
